Ruth-Anne Lynch is a published freelance arts, travel and lifestyle writer, born in Britain to Guyanese and Jamaican parents, and educated in all three countries.

The Hoppety series is her first real attempt to establish herself as a children’s writer, although a second project is in the pipeline, for which a few stories and illustrations have already been completed.
