Penguin Books
Different peoples lives/ adventures/
problems, running at the same time, with the reader being given
insights at certain points. Each character's story is in-depth,
and draws us in only to move on to another. The tales are all linked,
by coincidence, and this is subtly done. Easy to read once it has
drawn you in, but a lot of names and characters to get to grips
with. AN nov02
